What do the consumption metrics in the accounting overview mean?
The accounting page shows you how much of your monthly quota you have already used. The values reset automatically every month. Here you can find out what each metric means – and what happens when a quota is exhausted.
Quick overview: What does what mean?
Send Email
Every email sent through the platform – campaigns, automations, and transaction emails.
If the limit is reached: Emails are no longer delivered. Contacts are retained; shipping is paused until the change of month or a package extension.
Push Notification
Push messages to mobile devices or browsers, even when the app is closed.
If the limit is reached: No further push messages will be delivered. Planned campaigns during this period will not be broadcast.
Send SMS
SMS messages to mobile numbers – campaigns, alerts, transactional SMS.
If the limit is reached: SMS will no longer be delivered until the limit is reset or the package is expanded.
Send WhatsApp
WhatsApp messages via the Business API – Campaigns and Automations.
If the limit is reached: WhatsApp messages will no longer be delivered. Existing opt-ins and contacts remain unaffected.
Integration Platform
API calls between the platform and external services such as CRM, analytics, or shop systems.
Data synchronizations with external tools pause until the end of the month. Connections remain active and reactivate automatically.
Webhook
Automatic event forwarding to external systems, e.g., B. „Form completed → Create CRM entry".
If the limit is reached: Events are no longer forwarded. Depending on the system, data gaps may arise that need to be manually updated.
CDN Traffic
This metric shows how much data usage for images, videos, and files in emails, landing pages, and other content is included in your paid plan.
If the limit is reached: The CDN service continues to run without interruption. Your media will continue to load reliably; any additional data usage incurred after the limit is exceeded will be billed separately.
💡 Important to know
All limits reset automatically on the first of the following month. Existing contacts, connections, and configurations are fully preserved – only active shipping or data exchange is paused until the limit is reset or your package is expanded.
