Add a Product Feed

Online shop owners can use JUNE to integrate their products into their email campaigns.

  1. Go to the Automation tool and create a Product Feed.

  2. Add your products via import or manually. Choose one of these three options:

    1. For an automated import, you can schedule an import in Actions to run regularly and keep your products up to date. To do this, choose Create Action > Scheduled: Import. Then click Choose Import Template in the created action and select Import Google Shopping Feed, or Import CSV Feed under Integration. Based on your selection, fill in the remaining fields and save the integration to continue.

💡 In the Interval section, you can set how often the product feed should be updated via this integration.

    2. For the manual import, you need a CSV file that contains the product information. Click on Mass Actions > Import. Download the sample document. The descriptions of the columns should match the names of the fields at best.

    3. For manual input click on Create. In the product menu you enter the individual product data. Under Settings you can add or remove fields.

  3. Select your desired email to enter the email editor.

  4. Add a section and desired product components.

  5. In the Component Settings of the product elements, select your Product List under Data List.

  6. Click on Select Data. A menu opens where you can select a product to be displayed in the component. The data you entered or imported earlier will now be displayed in the newsletter.

  7. In the Component Settings you can also choose which information should be visible. For example, you can type in your own product titles and descriptions.

💡 If information in the data list changes, the changes are immediately updated in the newsletter. To see data list updates in the editor as well, please click Sync List Data in the top menu bar.
