The Sitemap at a Glance
The sitemap is the central navigation element of your Landing Pages. It maps the entire page structure of your project – from the homepage to every subpage. Here you manage all pages, create new ones, arrange them hierarchically, and keep track of each page’s status.
The sitemap is the control center for building and maintaining your website. Every structural change – adding, moving, or deleting pages – is done here.
The User Interface in Detail
The sitemap is divided into several areas that allow you to manage your pages quickly and clearly.
Tab Navigation (Sub-Navigation)
Directly below the top menu bar you will find the tabs for the Landing Page section:
Sitemap: The current page directory with all pages and their hierarchy.
Settings: Global settings for your Landing Pages (e.g. domain, SEO, tracking).
Templates: Templates you can use to build new pages.
Pages: A view of all pages, including those that are no longer part of your sitemap.
The Page List
The main area displays all pages of your project in a table list. Each row represents a page and contains the following information:
Page: Shows a small thumbnail, the page title, and a short description. The hierarchy is displayed through indentation and connecting lines – subpages are indented under their parent page.
Slug (URL path): Shows the URL ending of the page (e.g.
/email-marketingor/for the homepage). The slug is automatically generated from the page title but can be adjusted manually.Last Updated: Shows who made the last change to the page and when – with user initials and timestamp.
Status: The current state of the page. See the “Status Indicators” section below.
Actions: A three-dot menu (kebab menu) at the end of each row for further options like editing, duplicating, or deleting.
Organizing Pages via Drag & Drop
On the left edge of each page row there are six small dots (drag handle). This allows you to move pages via Drag & Drop to reorder them or change their hierarchy. Simply drag a page to the desired position to rearrange it or define it as a subpage of another page.
Adding a New Page
Click the green + Add Page button in the top right to create a new page. The page is automatically added to the sitemap and can then be edited in the editor.
Searching Pages
The search field above the page list allows you to quickly find specific pages – ideal for projects with many subpages. Simply enter a term, and the list filters in real time by matching page titles.
Status Indicators
Each page has a clearly recognizable status that shows you at a glance whether it is accessible to visitors:
Live (green): The page is published and accessible via the domain.
Not connected (gray): The page has been created but is not yet connected to an active domain, or has been taken offline. It is not accessible to visitors.
Archived Content
In addition to active pages, the “Pages” tab also shows archived content. These are pages that have been removed from the sitemap but still exist technically. You can reintegrate them into the sitemap or delete them permanently if needed.
