File Management: Media Library, Files & Protected Files

Manage all media and files centrally: Media Library, public download links via Files and protected exchange via Protected Files.

Where can I find the module?

Open JUNE and click the file icon in the left sidebar. The module opens with three tabs: Media Library, Files, and Protected Files.

Media Library

In the Media Library, you'll find all the images and videos that are also available in the email and landing page editors. This allows you to manage your media in one place—without having to open an email or landing page.

  • Upload files (drag and drop or upload button)

  • Create folders and organize media

  • Filter by tags and date; switch between images and videos

  • Delete old assets

Files

Files you upload here will have a public download link that you can share with anyone.

Warning: Do not upload any sensitive or confidential data here—the link can be shared without any access restrictions.

Protected Files

Files in this section do not have a public download link. They are accessible only to your team and the JUNE support team.

This section is ideal for sharing sensitive data in compliance with the GDPR—for example, if you’d like to provide us with customer data or CSV files. Our support team can view and work with the files directly.

Step by Step

  1. Sign up in JUNE

  2. Click the file icon in the sidebar

  3. Select the appropriate tab: Media Library, Files, or Protected Files

  4. Upload files, organize them into folders, and share links—publicly or privately
