By importing, the entire contact list can be sent from Hubspot into JUNE with all required fields.

Preparations in JUNE

First, you have to create a list in JUNE. More about this here.
Then create a new field. To do this, go to Settings in the top tab. Click on Create Field.
- Technical name: hubspot_id
- Type: Text
- You can choose the label yourself. This has no influence on the import.
You can also create the fields firstname & lastname. These are also always transferred during import.
💡 The import will work even if the fields were not created in JUNE.

Import More Fields

The technical name of the field in JUNE must be identical to the technical name in Hubspot. Otherwise, the import process will not work.
- In Hubspot, you can find the technical name of fields under Settings > Data management > Properties
- Search for the desired property
- Click on Edit for the property and on the </> icon.
  The technical or internal name that you should enter in JUNE is displayed here.
You will need the technical name of the field for the next section: the configuration of the import.

Go back to the JUNE list.
Open the Workflow Builder by clicking on Actions.
Click Create Action.
Select Import.
Define the time interval. You can choose between hourly, daily, weekly and monthly.
Now click Select Import Template and select Hubspot Import.
After selecting, you will have 2 fields.
- In the first field you have to select the integration to Hubspot.
  - If no Hubspot integration has been created yet, you can add it in the administration under Integrations and authenticate yourself.
- Additional fields for the import can be entered in the second field
  💡 The technical name must be entered. If you want to enter several fields, you must separate the fields with a comma and without spaces.
  - Example: phone,company, ...
