For each newsletter, you can set up a web version. This way your newsletter can be displayed in the browser.

It can always happen that a newsletter is displayed incorrectly in the inbox. To ensure that your subscribers always have access to your texts, buttons and images, we recommend that you set up a browser view for each campaign.

With the help of a small, simple link, the newsletter can be displayed in a browser tab. When a subscriber clicks on the link, which is usually located in the footer or header, the person is automatically redirected to the web version.

Add Browser View For Newsletter

  1. Open your newsletter in the Email Editor.

  2. Write a sentence in the footer or header to inform your subscribers that they can view the web version of the newsletter.

The sentences can be phrased like this:
“If you can't see the images, click here.”
    “View in browser.”
“If you have problems viewing this email, click here.”

  3. Highlight the sentence and click the linking icon in the text editor.

  4. A new menu opens. Under “URL” enter the following command: [%=browserview%]

  5. Click on Save so that the menu closes.

Now, once you send this newsletter, your subscribers will always be able to access an online version. The above command remains identical for each newsletter.

☝️ Attention: The browser linking cannot be tested with a test mail. The linking only works within an active campaign.
