We have big news for you! From 24.11.2024, the entire interface of the JUNE Cloud will be more intuitive and clearer.

In this guide, I'll show you how to make the most of the new functions and improvements in the JUNE Cloud. With these changes, you can work even more efficiently and have more fun using it at the same time!

✌️ Don't worry! All the familiar functions of the JUNE Cloud remain the same. The basic structure of the interface also remains the same. This means you can easily continue your current projects after the launch.

1. New Interface Design: Intuitive Operation

What's new?

  • A modern, tidy design

  • Even more intuitive navigation and clearer presentation

How to:

  1. Open the JUNE Cloud at https://editor.juneapp.com/

  2. Discover the new layout β€” it remains familiar, but looks fresher.

  3. Use the simplified menus and search options to get to your destination faster.


2. Omnichannel Dispatch: WhatsApp Campains

What's new?

  • You can now send campaigns directly via WhatsApp.

  • The new template editor makes creation even easier.

How to create a WhatsApp campaign:

The setup for WhatsApp campaigns must always be carried out in advance with the Meta Business account of the sender. That's why the setup is very individual. Arrange a free appointment with us to go through the necessary steps together. Click here to make an appointment.


3. Multilingual Email Dispatch

What's new?

  • You can send emails in different languages within a campaign.

  • You can define separate subject lines and pre-headers for each language.

We have added the Locale field to Email Lists, eCommerce Lists and Multichannel Subscriber Lists, which is used to store the language of the users. If you already have language information for your users, please transfer it to this field to use the feature for multilingual newsletters.

πŸ’‘ The email translations are only available for Enterprise customers.

How to create multilingual emails:

  1. Open the Email Editor

  2. Go to Settings in the left sidebar

  3. Select Language

  4. Now add all the languages you want to create for your email campaign

  5. Below this, set your Default Language. All users who have not entered a language will receive this.

  6. You will now see all languages in the top menu bar and can translate them, as well as your landing pages, manually or automatically with the DeepL AI.

This is how you edit the subject and the pre-header of the campaign in all languages:

  1. Create a campaign as usual.

  2. Once you have completed the steps described in the last paragraph, you will have the option to translate the subject line and pre-header in the campaign editor - look at the screenshot to see where you have to enter

4. List Management: New Module and intuitive Overview

What's new?

  • List management and Workflow Builder are now independent modules.

  • The design for list management is more modern and clearer.

This is how you manage your lists:

  1. You can navigate to Lists in the left sidebar.

  2. All your created lists will now open here in a new block design. This gives you an overview of important information about the different lists (such as the type of list, whether it is linked to an automation/email, etc.). You can find a detailed description in the graphic below)

Here is a description of all the information displayed:

πŸ’‘ By sorting your lists by List Type, you get a clustered, clear view that shows you which list type your respective lists have. You can do this at the top right:


5. Analytics Dashboards: Everything at a glance

What's new?

  • There are four new pre-built dashboards: Simple, Performance, User Info and Blank.

  • You can also create your own dashboards using the Blank Template.

How to use the Dashboards Templates:

  1. Click on Dashboards in the left menu bar

  2. Click on the three dots

  3. Then select Dashboard

  4. You will now see an overview of the four different ready-made dashboards and can select your desired dashboard: Simple, Performance, User Info or a blank dashboard (empty dashboard)

  5. Click on Add

  6. In the next step, you can add a name and a description and save your new dashboard


6. Folder Structure and Filter Functions

What's new?

  • You can now create individual folder structures.

  • Advanced filters help you to find templates, campaigns and images more quickly.

How to create a Folder Structure in Email Module:

  1. Go to the desired Emails module

  2. Select Emails or Templates in the top menu bar

  3. Click on the Folder icon

  4. Now create a new folder and sort your content by topic or project

  5. To add an email to a folder, click on the three dots​

  6. Now use your folder structure to find what you are looking for more quickly.

How to edit Folder Structure within Media Overview (Images & Videos)

  1. Go to the Email or Landing Page Editor

  2. In the left menu bar, select Media > Filter > Folder

  3. Here you can now see your existing folder structure and create a new folder using the three dots

  4. To sort your media by topic or project, select your desired media content as shown below and then add it to an existing folder

  5. Now use your media folder structure to find what you are looking for more quickly.


7. Newsletter Checklist: Automatic check for missing data or errors

What's new?

  • A checklist now automatically checks whether your newsletter contains missing links or other rich text or HTML errors.

So nutzt Du die Checkliste:

  1. Open the E-Mail Editor

  2. The checklist appears automatically in the right-hand menu bar under Icon:

  3. By clicking on the error message, the editor jumps directly to the component to be edited, and you can correct all displayed errors directly from the list.


8. Neuer Code Editor: Monaco (VS Code)

What's new?

  • Faster code editor with improved functions.

  • Support for programming languages and automatic code completion.


9. Advanced Campaign Analysis

What's new?

  • Even more detailed evaluations including e-commerce data and conversion rates.

  • A/B tests are now clearer and easier to compare.

How to find the new statistics:

  1. After you have sent a campaign, you can select it in the campaign overview and automatically access the campaign report
    πŸ’‘ In the top menu bar, you have the option of displaying possible A/B tests in a clear overview
