As soon as you have logged in, you will be taken directly to the dashboard. We've listed the most important points of the cloud in this article so you can find your way around right from the start.

Sidebar

On the left side, you find the sidebar. Here are all the modules of JUNE. You will only see the modules for which you have been given access by your admin. Therefore, it is possible that you do not see every module. If you miss a module, talk to your admin and have the missing module expanded under Administration > Users in your user profile under Modules.

πŸ”Ž You can find out how to use the modules here.

The following modules are available:

  • Email Marketing

  • Landing Pages

  • Automation

Projects

In the upper left corner, you see in which project you are currently on. Clicking on the selected project opens a drop-down menu and takes you to the project selection. All projects you have access to are displayed here. You can switch between projects at any time. Talk to your admin if you need access to a project or if you want to create a new project. Under Administration > Projects you can add and assign new projects.

Notifications

The latest messages are displayed under Notifications.

Statistics of Service Usage

The consumption of your service usage is displayed under this menu item. Here you can see, among other things, your CDN consumption and how many emails you have already sent during the current month. In the history of the respective service, you can also see the monthly consumption over a longer period of time.

Support

In the upper right corner, you find the support icon. If you have any questions or problems, you can write a message to the JUNE team. We usually reply within a few minutes. This function is available regardless of your contract.

Dashboard

The first module in the left sidebar is your personal control center – the Dashboard. This is also the home page when you log in. Especially in the beginning, the dashboard appears quite empty.

πŸ”Ž More details about the customization options are available here.

Emails

The second module in the sidebar are the emails. Here you can create and edit newsletters. You also have access to pre-built templates. Of course, you can also start with a blank template. To edit and design a newsletter, you use the email editor. To send newsletters, you must first create a campaign.

πŸ”Ž How to create and edit a newsletter, you will learn here.

Landing Pages

In the third module, Landing Pages, you can create, edit and publish landing pages and websites. Similar to emails, you need to select or create a template first. There are specific templates for landing pages, which already have subpages. Of course, you can also choose a blank template and build a page yourself.

πŸ”Ž How exactly you create and publish a landing page, you will learn here.

Automation

The Automation module is a very important part of the JUNE Editor. As the name suggests, certain processes can be automated here. You can create lists in which, for example, email addresses or other data are stored. These lists can then be accessed in the editor, for example, to display a dropdown menu with multiple options in a form. The data is saved automatically and does not have to be transferred manually. Your campaigns can also access the created lists, e.g., to collect email addresses and send newsletters to these recipients.

πŸ”Ž More information about automation can be found here. We are constantly working on publishing more articles.

Campaigns

In the Campaigns module, you manage and organize your newsletter & email campaigns and send them out. You only need your desired email and a list of email addresses, which must be created in the automation. Both regular campaigns and automated campaigns can be created.

πŸ”Ž Learn how to create, edit and send a campaign here.

Templates

The Template Store is also located within the sidebar. All available templates are displayed here. The templates for newsletters and templates for landing pages are assigned to their own tabs. Here you can select any template, display a preview and install it. It is important that you name the selected template beforehand and assign it to a project. All templates can also be filtered by category.

πŸ’‘ We are constantly working on providing more templates. If none of these templates fit, you can build your own and use pre-built layouts for emails or layouts for landing pages for support.

Administration

Under Administration you can manage your JUNE account. This requires having an admin account. Here you can manage users, create new projects and groups or link your shipping domains.

Lessons

Here you find helpful Lessons that show you – guided by visual effects – the way through the editor. This is a great way for new users to get to know the entire editor. There are lessons for emails, landing pages, campaigns, automation and the dashboard. The lessons will help you to move around the editor on your own.

My Profile

In the last module of the sidebar, you find the profile settings (My Profile). Here you can change your username, email and password. Furthermore, you can choose between the editor languages German and English. If you don't like the dark design, you can also choose the light theme here. To further protect your account, you can activate the two-factor authorization.
