This function allows you to easily translate emails via DeepL or manually and send them to different language target groups. This function is available for email campaigns, but also for automated service emails.

When the campaign is sent, the language versions of the email are assigned to the correct addressees via an identifier in your email list and sent accordingly.

How to Create Multilingual Emails:

  1. Open the Email Editor

  2. Go to Settings in the left sidebar

  3. Select Language

  4. Now add all the languages you want to create for your email campaign

  5. Below this, set your Default Language. All users who have not entered a language will receive this language

  6. You will now see all languages in the top menu bar and can translate them, as well as your landing pages, manually or automatically with the DeepL AI.

This is how you edit the subject and the pre-header of the campaign in all languages:

Once you have completed the steps described in the last paragraph, you will have the option to translate the subject and pre-header in the campaign editor - see the screenshot to see where you can find the option.

Requirements for Multilingual Campaign Dispatch

πŸ’‘ If you are working with lists that you created before this function was activated on 24.11.2024, please make sure that they contain the Locale field. This is an identifier for the language of the users. Please transfer the language information of your users to this field in order to use the feature for multilingual newsletters.
