Thematic segmentation provides a better overview of the drafts and media created. Special media that are only used for certain applications can be stored in the corresponding folder. This keeps the media overview leaner and easier to find.

At the end of the year, you can archive the created content and have a fresh start in the new year
How to create a Folder Structure for Emails
Go to the desired Emails module
Select Emails or Templates in the top menu bar
Click on the Folder icon
Now create a new folder and sort your content by topic or project
To add an email to a folder, click on the three dotsβ
Now use your folder structure to find what you are looking for more quickly.
How to create a Folder Structure for Media (Images & Videos):
Go to the Email or Landing Page Editor
In the left menu bar, select Media > Filter > Folder
Here you can now see your existing folder structure and create a new folder using the three dots
To sort your media by topic or project, select your desired media content as shown below and then add it to an existing folder
Now use your media folder structure to find what you are looking for more quickly.
