Layers

The Layers menu provides you with an overview of the structure of your e-mail. All components used are listed here in the form of a family tree. In the layer menu you can also move, duplicate or delete components.

Automation

The Automation menu appears when your email is linked to a campaign or action. This menu allows you to drag and drop the fields from a list into the newsletter. A simple use case is to include first and last name in an email to enable a personalized greeting.

History

With the History function, you can undo your changes. Open the history menu in the right sidebar. The history of your last changes is listed here. Uncheck a component or an entire section to undo it.

💡 If you have accidentally deleted a component or section, you can undo this without undoing other settings.

To do this, click on Trash in the top bar and select the desired component. You can now drag the deleted component into the template. Your changes like spacing, colors, and placements will be kept.

Checklist

A checklist automatically checks whether your newsletter contains missing links or other rich text or HTML errors. You can call up the checklist via the icon in the right-hand menu bar.

  1. By clicking on the error message, the editor jumps directly to the component to be edited and you can correct all displayed errors directly from the list.
