Undo / Redo
Changes can be undone easily. Use the arrows in the upper menu bar. Alternatively, you can use the history in the right sidebar. It shows all used components. You can undo your changes by clicking on the desired or faulty component.

Previews
Preview Editor: Displays the newsletter preview directly in the editing view, allowing you to see changes and formatting at the same time.
Preview in new window: Opens your newsletter in a separate browser window to review the display at full size.
Create preview link: Generates a shareable link to the newsletter preview that you can pass on to colleagues or for the approval process.
Tests
Test send: Sends the newsletter as a test email to selected email addresses so you can check the display in real email clients.
Spam test: Checks your newsletter for spam criteria and provides an assessment of how likely the email is to be blocked by spam filters.
Calculate email size: Determines the file size of your newsletter to ensure it's not too large for email clients or will be clipped by them.
AMP 4 Email Test: Tests the AMP functionality of your newsletter for interactive elements in compatible email clients.
Save as
The newsletter can be duplicated by saving it as an email or template. It's possible to add the email to another project.
Export
Under "Export" you can copy the HTML and AMP code as well as the plain text of your email.
Download
Saves your newsletter in various formats for archiving or further use.

All – Downloads your newsletter as HTML and txt file simultaneously in a compressed archive.
Helper
The Helper features support you in newsletter design. You can visually show where spacings or components are placed. To enable Collaborative Editing, click Other Users.
Devices
Switch between desktop, notebook, tablet and mobile devices to customize your designs on each device. There are separate component settings for the mobile view. The customizations you save here will only be displayed in the mobile view.
Zoom
The whole newsletter can be displayed smaller to give you a better overview of its structure.
Notifications
The latest messages are displayed under “Notifications”.
Service Usage Statistics
The consumption of your service usage is displayed under this menu item. Here you can see your CDN traffic and how many emails you have already sent during the current month. In the history of the respective service, you can also see the monthly consumption over a longer period of time.

If you have any questions or need help, you can contact us via the chat. Our developers usually respond within a few minutes and can access your template. The service is included in every package.
