All users (except Lite roles) can create and edit campaign templates. Templates can be created for different channels:
Email
Push
WhatsApp
Postal mail
The area for creating and editing Campaign Templates is located in the Campaigns module as a tab in the top menu bar.
With the introduction of campaign templates in JUNE, you can save your created campaigns as reusable templates and use them for future promotions. This is ideal for standardizing recurring marketing campaigns and saving time during creation.
π‘ Purpose and Benefits
Campaign templates allow you to define the basic structure, target group selection, tracking settings, and initial content of a campaign as a recurring basis and then reuse this configuration as often as you like.
Efficiency: Speed up the campaign creation process, especially for recurring newsletters or product drops.
Standardization: Ensure that important settings such as tracking parameters and sender information are used consistently.
Basis for Campaign Lite users: Templates are the necessary, controlled basis for the creation and sending of campaigns by users with the Campaign Lite role.
Channels: Templates can be created for different channels (email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and postal mail).
Template Creation and Editing
The creation and editing of campaign templates is possible for all user roles except Campaign_Lite.
Use by Campaign Lite Users
Templates are essential for users with the Campaign_Lite role. These users can only create and send campaigns based on existing, approved templates. This ensures that the sending process is standardized and error-free.
