Favorites (Email Editor)

Favorite the areas you use frequently and use them again.

Single components or entire sections can be favored. This is great for styled components or sections that you use frequently. You can reuse your favorites in other email campaigns without having to redesign them.

Favorite components

  1. Select a single component or an entire section of components that you want to use multiple times.

  2. Drag the component to the right and drop it on the star icon – or use the context menu and click Create Favorite.

  3. A new menu will open.

    1. Give the favorite a name and a suitable icon.

    2. Scope: Choose whether the component should be listed under 'Project' or 'Customer'.

      • Project: the favorite can be used only within the project you are currently in.

      • Client: the favorite is accessible in all projects that belong to your account.

    3. Category: If necessary, the favorite can be added to the category you created

4. Click Add.


Access favorites

  1. Click on the star icon on the left sidebar.

  2. Under Project, your favorites are listed that belong to the project you are currently working on.

  3. Under Client are all the favorites from every project in your account.

  4. Drag a favorite, like a normal component, into the template.


Edit existing favorites

  1. Once you are in the editor, navigate to Favorites in the left sidebar.

  2. Hover over the favorite you want to edit, click on the three dots and choose between the following options:

    1. Edit: You can edit an existing favorite.

      💡 These changes only affect the template of the favorite, not the components already used in emails or landing pages.

    2. Information: Edit the icon, name, category, and project of the favorite.

    3. Delete: Remove the selected favorite.
