Import records (subscriber information, product data, etc.) into a list with few clicks.

You can create and manage email or product lists in JUNE. If you have already collected records elsewhere, use the import feature.

Import Records

  1. Click on Automations in the left sidebar and select the desired list.

  2. Click on Mass Action in the upper right corner and select Import.

  3. A modal will open where you can now upload your CSV file.

    πŸ’‘ You can create a CSV file from any format like Excel, Google Sheets, OpenOffice Calc etc. Most of the time you will find the option when saving by changing the file format to CSV.

  4. After the upload is complete, you need to map the columns to the list items you created in advance.

  5. In the next step, you can make the following settings through the slider:

    1. Update existing entries: Updates existing entries and adds new entries.

    2. Always subscribe: Defines the subscriber status for new entries.

    3. Subscribe All: Sets the subscriber status of new entries to 'true'.

    4. Trigger actions: Triggers actions associated with the list.

    5. Then click Start Import.

  6. Check if the import was completed without errors.
