Campaigns - General Information

To help you get along, we're explaining the campaign modal in this article.

To enter the Campaigns module, navigate to Campaigns in the left sidebar.

Here you will find an interface divided into two tabs – Campaigns & Automted Campaigns. As the names suggest, recurring, and mostly dynamic campaigns are found in a separate tab. If you want to use the feature and don't have access yet, feel free to contact us here or book an upgrade meeting directly.

Structure & Functions

In the upper area of the modal you have the following options:

Search Function

Search your campaigns.


Date Filter

Display only campaigns that are within a certain period of time.


Tag Filter

If you use tags to classify your campaigns, you can filter them.


List/Calendar View

Switch between list view and calendar view to get an even better overview.


Create

This button allows you to create email campaigns and push notification campaigns.


Campaign Reports by Filter

Clicking on this button will open a modal where you can download different reports of your sent campaigns as a table. Follow these steps:

  1. Click on Campaign Reports by Filter.

    πŸ’‘ To export the statistics data for only certain campaigns, please set filters before you press the button. You can use the date or tag filter for this.

  2. Now click Add report in the modal that will open.

  3. Select the desired report – you can choose from the following options:

    1. Campaign Stats: All saved statistics data for the filtered campaigns.

    2. User Campaings Opens: All email addresses that have opened the filtered campaigns.

    3. User Clicked Links: All email addresses that clicked on a link in the filtered campaigns.

  4. Click Save before downloading the report (button with the same name).

πŸ’‘ Use the arrow buttons in the modal to reorder your reports. To delete a report, click on the 3 dots and then on Delete service.


Actions

By clicking on the three dots on the right side of a campaign (column: Actions) you have the following options:

  • Editing a draft / viewing a sent campaign

  • Downloading the campaign report of a sent campaign

  • Cloning a campaign

  • Creating tags for the campaign

  • Deleting a campaign


Detail View Campaigns

When you click on a campaign, it opens. The information that is displayed depends on whether it is a draft campaign or a campaign that has already been sent.

Draft

Clicking on a campaign draft opens the 3-step campaign setup.

Campaign already sent

Clicking on a campaign that has already been sent opens the campaign report.
