Campaign Analytics & Reports

After sending, you will receive the most important statistics for each individual campaign in order to evaluate the performance.

With the help of the campaign analysis, you receive all relevant data on the performance of your campaign in real time. The campaign analysis is made available to you immediately after the newsletter mailing is completed.

  1. Navigate to the Campaign module in the left sidebar.
    💡 In the list overview, you already get an overview of the statistics:

  2. Click on an already sent campaign that you want to analyze.

  3. Here you will get a clear overview of the performance of your newsletter.

In the top bar, you can see the most important information about the campaign:

  • Time of sending

  • Number of recipients

  • Name of the email list

  • Segmentations used (optional)

  • Selection of tracking data

  • Heat map and preview of the sent campaign

    💡 A heat map shows you where the most users clicked. Red here means “most clicked”

The individual widgets follow below:

  • Timeline: The most important widgets are visualized in a line chart

  • Clicks: Number of all clicks

  • Unique clicks: number of all subscribers who clicked on a link

  • Opens: Number of all opens

  • Unique opens: Number of all subscribers who opened the newsletter

  • Bounces: number of all soft and hard bounces

  • Unsubscribes: Number of unsubscribes to the newsletter

  • Spam: Number of all manual spam marks or how often the newsletter is placed in users' spam folders

  • Operating System: pie chart showing the operating systems used by the users

  • Devices: Pie chart showing the devices used by subscribers.

  • Applications: pie chart showing the e-mail clients used by the users

  • Clicked Links: Here you can see which specific links were clicked on how often

  • Locations: Overview of the locations of your subscribers


Download of your Reports:

  1. Click on the three dots at the top right to view the download options and download your report as an Excel file.
