Verifying your domain is necessary in order to send emails via your own domain and ensure deliverability. Here you can find out how to start and complete this process.

Domain Verification for Mail Domains in JUNE

Verify a New Mail Domain

  1. In your JUNE administration, click on Administration.

  2. Select the Mail Domains tab in the top menu.

  3. Click on the Request Domains button.

  4. Submit the desired domain via JUNE Chat. All you need to do is tell us the desired domain that you already own.

    πŸ’‘ Important: After you submit the domain in the chat, the JUNE team will create the necessary DNS records and let you know when this has been done.

  5. Check the DNS details.

    • Return to the overview of mail domains.

    • Click on the ⁝ Menu of the requested domain.

    • Select Details to view the generated DNS entries.

  6. Add the details to your hosting's DNS settings.

    • Copy the DNS entries displayed and paste them into your external hosting provider.

  7. Wait for verification.
    πŸ’‘ Verification of DNS entries can take up to 24 hours.

  8. Check the status in the JUNE Administration.

    • In your mail domains overview, you can check whether the process was successful using the columns General Status, DKIM Status, DMARC Status, and MAIL FROM Status.
