JUNE users usually create a large number of actions to automate workflows. To prevent unrelated workflows from being displayed on a canvas, JUNE offers the option of grouping workflows logically. If you select an action group, you will only see workflows that belong to this group.
π‘ Under "Default" you can see all actions that have not been assigned to a group.
Create Action Groups
Navigate to Automation in the left-hand menu bar.
Select the list that contains the workflows you want to group.
Click on Actions in the top menu bar.
Click the + next to 'Default' and choose a name for your action group.
Add Action to an Action Group
Click on the menu icon (...) of the selected workflow to open its settings.
Move the mouse pointer over Move to group and select a group.
Open Workflow Analysis
Navigate to Automation > Actions.
In the top right drop-down list, select the time period you want to analyze.
Click on the desired workflow and then on the Analysis icon in the left menu bar to open the workflow analysis.
π‘ You can only see the revenue information for e-commerce and product lists, as these figures are only useful here.
