JUNE users usually create a large number of actions to automate workflows. To prevent unrelated workflows from being displayed on a canvas, JUNE offers the option of grouping workflows logically. If you select an automation group, you will only see workflows that belong to this group.
💡 Under "Default" you can see all automations that have not been assigned to a group.
Create Automation Groups
Navigate to Automation in the left-hand menu bar.
Select the list that contains the workflows you want to group.
Click the + next to 'Default' and choose a name for your automation group.
Add Automation to an Automation Group
Click on the menu icon (...) of the selected workflow to open its settings.
Move the mouse pointer over Move to group and select a group.
Open Workflow Analysis
Navigate to Automation in the left-hand menu bar.
Select the list that contains the workflows you want to analyse.
In the top right drop-down list, select the time period you want to analyze.
Click on the desired workflow and then on the Analysis icon in the right menu bar to open the workflow analysis.
💡 You can only see the revenue information for e-commerce and product lists, as these figures are only useful here.
Duplicate/Clone Workflow
You can duplicate Automation Workflows completely with just one click. The entire workflow, including all steps, conditions, actions, and branches, is copied one to one.
Duplicate in the same canvas:
Navigate to Automation in the left sidebar and select the desired database.
Click on the menu icon (···) of the workflow you want to duplicate.
Select Duplicate from the menu.
The cloned workflow appears immediately in the same canvas and is ready to edit. Rename it to avoid confusion.
Duplicate to a different database:
Navigate to Automation in the left sidebar.
Select the desired workflow (click on it once).
Click the Duplicate icon in the right menu bar.
A dialog opens, select the target database.
The entire workflow will be transferred to the other database.
💡 This is especially useful if you want to reuse proven lifecycle or nurturing journeys from one project in another, without having to rebuild everything from scratch.
