This feature allows you to customize images within a single campaign for different language versions. Instead of creating a separate campaign for each language, you can manage the visual content centrally via the language selector in the editor.
How It Works
Within multilingual campaigns, you can define image content individually for each language version. The system uses the locales stored in the recipient records to automatically display the correct image variant (and translated text content) to each recipient.
💡 If no specific image is stored for a language, the image for the main version (fallback) is used by default.
Instructions: Customize Images by Language
To change an image for a specific language version, follow these steps:
Select a language: In the email editor, go to the top menu bar and select the desired language version from the dropdown menu.
Select an image: In the editor area, click directly on the image element you want to edit.
Replace image: Upload the new image on the left in the component settings or select it from the media library.
Save: All you have to do now is click the Save button to apply the change.
❗ Repeat this process for all active languages in your campaign to ensure a fully localized user experience (e.g., for infographics with text or country-specific product photos).
Your Benefits at a Glance
Efficiency: No more need to duplicate campaigns.
Error reduction: Changes to the layout or text need only be made in a single template.
Personalization: Greater relevance through visual content in the recipients’ native language.
