Service emails, also called transactional emails, are automated emails such as registration confirmations, invoices, order, or shipping notifications. These can be used in addition for product evaluation or cross sellings.
Integrate Existing Store System with JUNE.
In order to send service emails via JUNE, the JUNE Cloud needs to know which customer performed an action. This requires an integration with your store system. We already offer numerous integrations, such as to Shopify, Shopware and Magento.

Create Service Mail
Use the email editor to create the service mail.
Navigate to Emails in the left sidebar.
Do you want to create a new email or use an existing one as a template?
To create a new email, click Create in the top right corner.
To use an existing email as a template, open it in the editor, then click Save As > Save as New Email in the top bar; fill in the three fields, Title, Subject, and Project, and click Submit.

Create Automated Workflow
To ensure that the service mails are sent automatically to the right user at the right time, the next step is to create an automated workflow.
As soon as a workflow is started by a trigger (e.g. an order), JUNE automatically executes the following actions β for example, an order confirmation, an invoice or a coupon code is sent and a record in your CRM is updated.
