Service emails, also called transactional emails, are automated emails such as registration confirmations, invoices, order, or shipping notifications. These can be used in addition for product evaluation or cross sellings.

Integrate Existing Store System with JUNE.

In order to send service emails via JUNE, the JUNE Cloud needs to know which customer performed an action. This requires an integration with your store system. We already offer numerous integrations, such as to Shopify, Shopware and Magento.

Create Automated Workflow

To ensure that the service mails are sent automatically to the right user at the right time, the next step is to create an automated workflow.

As soon as a workflow is started by a trigger (e.g. an order), JUNE automatically executes the following actions – for example, an order confirmation, an invoice or a coupon code is sent and a record in your CRM is updated.

Navigate to Workflows

  1. Navigate to Automations in the left sidebar.

  2. Select the desired list.

  3. Click Actions in the top bar.
