What is a blacklist?
A blacklist is a list maintained by the email service provider. It excludes certain e-mail or IP addresses or domains. If an e-mail address is listed on a blacklist, no e-mails can be sent with this address.
Every e-mail list can contain blacklisted e-mail addresses. These can be dubious or inactive e-mail addresses. JUNE recognizes these e-mail addresses. They will still be displayed in your email list, but they will be marked as "blacklisted". Users with this status will not receive any newsletter campaigns from you.
Detect Blacklisted Users
Go to the data-platform module.
Click into your desired email database.
Under the "Blacklisted" field, the status of each user is tracked.
false = the user is not blacklisted and receives your newsletters
true = the user is marked as blacklisted and does not receive your newsletters
Click in the Blacklisted field to filter your email database.
This way, for example, all email addresses that are blacklisted can be deleted from the list.
